Our idea for Regtick was born out of the 2008 financial crisis. We were experiencing first-hand how firms were struggling with the challenge of new comprehensive regulations which were designed to end the 'too big to fail' and to reform consumer protection in the financial services sector.

Through leading these complex programmes, we saw first-hand what the common pain-points across organisations were, as well as seeing 'what good looks like' when it comes to being successful at leading strategic change at the enterprise level.

We both thought 'what if there was a way to create a new Software as a Service which embedded this best practice from the ground up'. A platform that would provide the guidance and controls to lead compliance change more easily.

Central to the success of this was ensuring that the platform was something that all people could use, no matter how technically confident they were. So we designed a solution that is  highly visual and intuitive, scalable, yet with the security that banks and insurance firms would need.

We've taken all this know-how and built it into Regtick - our cloud-based regulatory compliance platform.

We believe that compliance doesn't need to be complex. We help teams come together to work collaboratively, so in this post-covid world, whether you are working in the high-rise or home office, you have all the tools you need to be compliant.

Say hello to our radiant Regtickers

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where legal, compliance and regulatory tasks are no longer an after-thought, but are seen as a critical enabler of competitive advantage for organisations.
